About 1 hour before your appointment, we’ll send a quick message to confirm we’re on schedule.
Please reply within 45 minutes so we know you’re ready for us.
Our cleaners wait for confirmation before traveling so no one arrives unexpectedly and your time — and ours — is respected.
If we don’t hear back, the appointment may need to be moved to the next available opening.
To make everything smooth, please share ahead of time:
• Entry instructions (codes, keys, parking, etc.)
• Pets in the home
• Priority areas or special requests
