What to expect

Communication & Appointment Guidelines

At Nice & Neat Cleaning Services we want your service to feel easy, comfortable, and reliable.
Clear communication helps us arrive on time, come prepared, and give your home the attention it deserves.

Arrival Confirmation

About 1 hour before your appointment, we’ll send a quick message to confirm we’re on schedule.

Please reply within 45 minutes so we know you’re ready for us.

Our cleaners wait for confirmation before traveling so no one arrives unexpectedly and your time — and ours — is respected.
If we don’t hear back, the appointment may need to be moved to the next available opening.

Getting Ready for Your Cleaning

To make everything smooth, please share ahead of time:

• Entry instructions (codes, keys, parking, etc.)
• Pets in the home
• Priority areas or special requests

This helps us bring the right supplies and focus on what matters most to you.

After Your Cleaning

We always want you happy with your service.

If something needs attention, just let us know within 24 hours and we’ll gladly review it and make it right.

While We’re Cleaning

We value your privacy and work independently whenever possible.
If anything unusual comes up — damage, safety concerns, or service questions — we’ll contact you before proceeding.

No surprises.

Schedule Changes

We understand life happens!
If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as you can.

In rare cases of illness, emergency, or severe weather, we may also need to adjust the schedule — but you’ll always be notified promptly and given priority rebooking.

We never clean while sick to protect your home and family.
